We’re looking for a Legal Risk Assessor to join our collaborative Success Team. You’ll play a key role in assessing the viability and risk profile of incoming legal cases, helping the business onboard strong cases while ensuring compliance, quality, and commercial alignment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct thorough success assessments of referred legal cases.

Review and validate self-accepted cases for compliance and commercial viability.
*
Provide feedback and coaching to Senior Advisors to improve case quality.
*
Liaise with legal practice areas to ensure smooth onboarding of new cases.
*
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from case data and enquiries.
*
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance assessment processes.
*
Act as a key point of contact for legal assessment queries.
What You’ll Bring:

Legal qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
*
Solid understanding of legal risk, compliance, and case assessment.
*
Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues (formally or informally).
*
A commercially aware mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Confidence using case management systems and legal data tools.
