A highly regarded and successful law firm based in Greater Manchester/Cheshire is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling a range of Medical Negligence matters.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters.
* Conducting thorough investigations into medical negligence claims.

* Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
* Drafting legal documents, including claim forms, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
* Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court, if necessary.
* Keeping up to date with legal developments and changes in medical negligence law.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Clinical Negligence.
* Strong knowledge of medical negligence law and relevant legal principles.
* Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with attention to detail.
