The Clinical Nurse Specialist will:
Lead and coordinate the new Apheresis Unit, including autologous stem cell harvesting and plasma exchange.
Oversee stem cell transplants and prepare for future therapies like CAR-T and allogeneic transplantation.
Collaborate with the apheresis clinical lead and multidisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence.
Provide hands-on patient care and clinical leadership.

The ideal Clinical Nurse Specialist will have:
NMC Registration.
Significant experience in haematology, oncology, or stem cell transplant coordination.
Post-registration education/qualification relevant to the specialty.
Advanced knowledge of apheresis procedures and stem cell harvesting.
Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards.
Ability to lead service development and train clinical colleagues.
Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
