Job Description

A genuinely flexible and well-supported Clinical Pharmacist role within a stable, close-knit GP practice in Newcastle. This is a rare opportunity to work in a single-site setting with strong clinical collaboration, excellent retention, and the option to shape your clinics around your interests.

Salary & Benefits

£58,000–£68,000 per annum 
NHS Pension 
6 weeks annual leave 
1 week study leave 
Indemnity fees paid 
Work for one practice at one site (no PCN multi-site working) 

Workload & Structure

Full-time across 4 or 5 days 
Hybrid model: minimum 2 days on-site, remainder from home (if desired)
Independent Prescribing role within primary care 
Core work includes medication review clinics and general medicines management 
Opportunity to develop clinics in: 

Hypertension 
Minor illness / acute presentations 
Triage-style consultations (if desired) 

Collaborative working with GPs and ANPs 
SystmOne clinical system
