Location: Stockton-on-Tees (Hybrid: on-site & remote)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
Hours: Full-time or part-time

About the Role:
Healthii People Agency is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (IP) for a progressive GP practice in the Stockton-on-Tees area. This hybrid role combines on-site and remote working, offering flexibility and a chance to be part of a supportive, high-performing clinical team.
Key Duties:
Conduct remote and in-person medication reviews
Manage acute and repeat prescriptions
Support medicines reconciliation and safe prescribing
Contribute to audits, QOF, and service improvementRequirements:
✅ GPhC-registered pharmacist
✅ Independent Prescriber (IP)
✅ Confident in clinical decision-making
🔸 GP practice or PCN experience desirable
🔸 EMIS or similar system experience beneficial
