Clinical Pharmacist - Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Reading, West Berkshire
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Flexible Hours
About the Role
Healthii People are recruiting on behalf of an Outstanding CQC-rated GP practice. This forward-thinking, supportive team is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their multi-disciplinary team.

Repeat prescribing and medication reviews (face-to-face and telephone)
Medicines reconciliation post-discharge
Care home prescription management
Clinical audits and safety compliance
Support chronic disease management (if experienced)Requirements
GPhC registered pharmacist
3+ years post-qualification experience
Driving licence and vehicle(Independent Prescriber desirable but training available)
Working Pattern
Part-time or full-time
