We’re a London-based, independently owned CRO working with biotech and pharma companies across the UK and Europe. Our focus is on high-quality, flexible delivery of early to mid-phase clinical trials — especially in oncology, rare diseases, and immunology. What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading trials from start-up to close-out across multiple sites and therapeutic areas
* Managing timelines, budgets, and communication with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
* Acting as the main point of contact for sponsors and ensuring everyone is aligned.
* Maintaining quality across the board — including SOP compliance, GCP adherence, and documentation standards.
* Identifying risks and solving problems before they escalate.
* Helping improve internal processes and contributing to our growing SOP library.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of clinical research experience, including previous work at a CRO.
* Solid experience managing trials independently.
* Proven involvement in regulatory audits or inspections — and confidence navigating compliance discussions.
* Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, UK/EU clinical trial regulations, and quality oversight.
* Clear communicator, highly organised, and able to balance multiple responsibilities.
* Based in or near London, with the ability to work 2–3 days per week in our office.
Bonus If You Have
* Experience in early-phase or rare disease studies.
* Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, and eTMF systems.
* A project management qualification like PMP or PRINCE2.
