We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Service Lead to oversee and deliver exceptional Adult Complex Care services in the community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) to take on a leadership role in a forward-thinking home care organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the delivery of complex care packages in the community
• Provide clinical expertise across Critical Care, Respiratory, Neuro, Spinal, and Trauma cases
• Manage, mentor, and support a skilled care team
• Ensure compliance with care plans, safeguarding, and CQC standards
• Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
• Drive quality improvements and service development
Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified RGN with strong clinical background
• Experience in complex care management (Critical Care, Respiratory, Neuro, Spinal, Trauma)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Driver with access to a vehicle (essential)
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community
