Clinical Service Manager – Camden
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Are you an experienced Nurse Leader ready to take on an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a Clinical Service Manager to lead our large, well-established care service in Camden.
As the Clinical Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care, ensuring the highest clinical standards across the service. You will provide strong leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team — including a Clinical Deputy Manager already in post — while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Requirements:

Nurse qualified with an active NMC pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
*
Management qualification (e.g. Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent)
*
Previous registration with the CQC as a Registered Manager
*
Proven experience in managing a large care service, including clinical staff
*
Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and person-centred care
