Salary: £60,000 per annum
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to become permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00 - 40 hours per week
Travel: Travel to all services required - full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Support Manager to join our client's Quality & Compliance Team in Waterlooville on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent.
Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you will take the lead on clinical practice across the organisation's services, providing expert guidance and supporting teams to deliver high standards of person-centred care to residents with complex neurodegenerative and mental health conditions.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, governance and continuous improvement and wants to make a real difference across multiple services.
What you'll bring as the Clinical Support Manager:
Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience working as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
Minimum of 5 years' experience working clinically with residents who have additional support needs
Strong experience supporting individuals with neurodegenerative and mental health conditions
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and clinical governance
Strong understanding of CQC standards and the Single Assessment Framework
Good knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (2005)
Good knowledge of the Mental Health Act (1983), including Section 117 aftercare
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop clinical teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable:
Experience working within a quality or compliance-focused role
Knowledge of CHC, FNC, ICB and local authority funding processes
Experience using clinical systems such as Nourish, Camascope eMAR, Radar Healthcare or QCS
What you'll be doing as the Clinical Support Manager:
Lead and oversee clinical practice across the organisation's services, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations and best practice standards
Support Managers and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care plans
Provide clinical supervision, coaching and peer support to staff
Conduct clinical audits and investigations, including safeguarding investigations
Analyse clinical governance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to CQC readiness and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Deliver engaging clinical training sessions and competency assessments
Provide expert clinical guidance and support to Managers across the services
Champion the effective use of clinical systems, including Nourish, Camascope eMAR, Radar Healthcare and QCS
Support the development of a strong culture of clinical excellence, accountability and continuous improvement
