The Role Cloud Solutions is the business unit within the company that delivers systems integration and technology enablement for their partners. Recently, they have expanded the team and the remit to build out more vendor relationships, to deliver a broader range of technology solutions and to expand their coverage across the European markets, in addition to the UK. Reporting to the Cloud Solutions Director, the role of the Segment Account Manager, Cloud Solutions is to be a key contributor within the Cloud Solutions sales team. You are a strong sales performer and a positive member of the team for the rest of the sales people to aspire to be. You will manage leading Accounts within the business and lead by example. Key Responsibilities Account Management * Manage all named accounts assigned to Account Manager to ensure Company is positioned as Supplier of choice for all their UC related purchases Demonstrate clear understanding of all named accounts – who are key people and decision makers, what products do they currently buy and where they buy from and drive knowledge for all equivalent Company products sold * Ensure named accounts are familiar with all Company products and services to ensure cross selling opportunities are maximized and all purchasers in existing accounts come to Company as a first point of call for Company products and services. Monitor via “Cross Selling Matrix” * Drive strong customer relationships and loyalty to Company * Ensure all Company Professional Services are positioned within the named accounts to drive services revenue – this should include professional/field engineering services and technical support Weekly calls to key decision makers in the existing named accounts to drive new quotations, manage all outstanding quotations * Demonstrate progress on a weekly basis on all key opportunities via the Weekly Review Meeting Provide an accurate weekly update on Sales Forecast Status * Conduct monthly or quarterly reviews with named accounts depending on spend level (face to face or a call but review should cover all purchases to date, how spend compares with previous levels, quotes outstanding and a general update to showcase new solutions from Company) New Business with existing accounts * Identify new prospects and manage all new leads through sales process and sales cycle through to closure * Work with finance to ensure any new customer is properly qualified and provided appropriate levels of credit at outset and loaded correctly onto NetSuite through completion of appropriate new customer set up forms * Position entire Company product portfolio to ensure all cross-selling opportunities are identified and initial business is gained to drive further business in medium term * Complete Company Profile and Cross Selling Matrix and can demonstrate an understanding of what the prospect does and who the key people are * Make outbound daily calls to account list and new prospects and drive quotation flow every month * Conduct monthly or quarterly reviews with named accounts depending on spend level (face to face or a call but review should cover all purchases to date, how spend compares with previous levels, quotes outstanding and a general update to showcase new solutions from Company Why Join this amazing company * Competitive salary with bonus and commission schemes. * Fantastic benefits including private medical insurance, a celebration day off, discounted gym memberships, Perkbox, and more! * Work with exciting vendors in a collaborative, fun, and inclusive team environment | Opportunities for professional development and career growth in one of the fastest-growing sectors.
