Job Opportunity: CMM Inspector
Location: Redditch
Pay: £14.00 per hour (with a pay rise after 3 months!)

Are you a detail-driven CMM Inspector who thrives on accuracy and quality? Join a leading aerospace manufacturer in Redditch, crafting high-performance components for the aviation industry. Your expertise will ensure every part meets the highest industry standards, using the latest CMM technology.
What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct dimensional inspections of aerospace components using CMM equipment (PC-DMIS or similar).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality specifications.
Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance.
Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify and report non-conformances, assisting with root cause analysis when needed.
Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to top standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to uphold exceptional standards.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a CMM Inspector in aerospace or precision engineering.
Strong understanding of CMM and manual measurement tools (micrometers, verniers, height gauges).
Confidence in reading complex technical drawings.
Experience with PC-DMIS software (or similar).
Familiarity with AS9100 or other aerospace quality standards (preferred).
Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.
