Multistaff are Hiring: CMM Operative – Level 1
Full-Time | Manufacturing/Wax Department
Join our team client as a CMM Operative and play a key role in producing high-quality components. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision this job is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Operate machinery and tools following technical instructions
Perform hand-finishing to a high-quality standard
Support quality checks and continuous improvement projects
Follow EHS and quality policies
Share your knowledge and help train others
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of wax materials and CMM/CNC machinery
Ability to read and follow technical specifications
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Basic computer literacy
GCSEs in Maths & English (A-C or equivalent)
