CMM Operator
£15 - £16ph
Syston, LE4
Nights: 7.45pm - 6.00am Monday to Thursday
Permanent
Immediate Start
Are you an experienced CMM Operator with a strong background in precision engineering? We're looking for a skilled individual to join our client's team and contribute to the development and inspection of high-quality components.
The role:
* Operate CMM equipment (e.g., Mitutoyo, Zeiss, Hexagon)
* Perform dimensional inspections.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings,
* Using software such as PC-DMIS or Calypso.
* Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections.
* Record and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
* Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformance's.
* Maintain calibration and cleanliness of inspection equipment.
* Working with various quality checking tools including verniers and calipers
