Expire in: a month
You know your measurements are never off. Ready to join a team that values precision as much as you do?
You'll be the go-to for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of aerospace components - using PC-DMIS, FARO Arms and all the metrology tools you love (micrometres, gauges, and the rest of the gang).
And yes - it's a 4-day working week.
What's in it for you?
£27,000 to £33,000 depending on experience
37.5 hours a week - across just 4 days (Mon-Thurs)
Overtime available (and paid properly)
28 days holiday (on the 4-day pattern)
On-site occupational health support
Health cash plan & life insurance
Strong focus on continuous improvement and a culture that values expertise
What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it):
Programming and operating CMMs (PC-DMIS) and FARO Arms
Performing first-off, in-process, and final inspections on precision components
Interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD models with ease
Producing detailed inspection reports and collaborating with the wider quality team
Supporting continuous improvement and even training others in metrology
You'll be the person who spots what others miss. The one who makes sure no part leaves the shop floor unless it's perfect.
This isn't your typical box-ticking quality job. It's a chance to become a key player in a business where quality isn't just a department - it's everything.
Is this you?
You know PC-DMIS and/or FARO CAM2 like the back of your hand
You've worked with CMMs before, and probably enjoy using hand tools too
You speak fluent GD&T, can read a drawing blindfolded (almost), and take pride in accuracy
Experience with ISO 9001 / AS9100 environments? Even better
Whether you're a fully skilled inspector or looking to level up your existing experience, this company supports progression and rewards precision.
