Job Description
Following the award of new long-term programmes and continued business expansion, a leading manufacturer of precision components serving the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors is seeking to appoint a CNC Grinder to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Grinding machines to produce complex high-precision parts.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.
Inspect finished components for conformance to customer specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Work with team members and departments to meet production deadlines.
Perform basic maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
The person
Previous experience working as a CNC Grinder.
Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, energy, etc)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Willing to work on a three-shift pattern.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
