CNC Grinder – Ferndown – up to £35k – Permanent

You'll be trusted to hold precision to a tighter standard than most, working on air bearing products where the tolerances genuinely matter.
 Up to £35,000 is on offer for a CNC Grinder who takes real pride in getting it right first time.
 Based in Ferndown, this is a chance to build proper depth in a specialist manufacturing environment.

Flag any tooling, resource or process issues to your team leader promptly
Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements at all times
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
As a CNC Grinder, your experience will include:

Proven experience in CNC grinding
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer literacy for data entry
Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
