Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our hard machining team, specializing in turning operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-precision tablet punches using advanced equipment and following strict quality standards. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Program and set up CNC machines using FANUC control systems.
*
Operate turning machinery to manufacture components to exact specifications.
*
Monitor production output to ensure it meets quality and schedule requirements.
*
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
*
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.
*
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance processes.
*
Adhere to company policies and health & safety guidelines at all times.
Who We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC machines (FANUC control experience preferred).
*
Strong understanding of technical documentation and machining processes.
*
A reliable team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
*
Proactive attitude with a focus on improvement and problem-solving.
*
Willing to comply with DBS checks, employment verification, and right-to-work documentation.

Shift Pattern & Pay:

Continental shifts (12-hour shifts, average 42 hours/week)
*
Starting from £17.17 per hour (includes shift premiums:

+18% for AM/PM shifts
*
+30% for continental shifts)
