Mazco Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading precision engineering company based in West Byfleet, renowned for their high-quality components across multiple industries.
We're on the lookout for an experienced CNC Grinder with strong skills in centerless and cylindrical grinding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established shop with modern equipment and a professional working environment.
The Role:
• Operating and setting CNC grinding machines
• Working on Myford, Herminghausen, and Wickman machines
• Centerless and cylindrical grinding on precision components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Quality checking components to tight tolerances
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in CNC grinding (centerless & cylindrical)
• Familiarity with the machines listed above
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Pay & Hours:
* £15 - 18.00 per hour
* Based in West Byfleet
* Full-time position, with potential for overtime
