What You'll Be Doing
Setting and operating CNC turning machines accurately, completing setups and tool changes properly, and making sure every component meets specification.
You'll work closely with engineering and quality teams, spotting where processes can improve and helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
What You Need
Previous CNC turning or setting experience is essential.
You'll need a solid understanding of mechanical measurement systems, the ability to interpret drawings, and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
CNC programming experience and knowledge of SPC or quality control plans are advantageous.
Most importantly, you're reliable, communicate well, and take pride in doing things properly.
