CNC Laser operator - team member
Shift Rota
Rotating shifts
6am - 2pm and 2pm -10pm
Qualifications
Metal only CNC background.
Vernier gauge measuring equipment experienced
Read engineering drawings.
Physically fit and capable of lifting 25kg.
Good math and communication skills.

Capable of working to a planning list.
Capable of working to 0.2 of a mm accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Machine Operation: Setting up CNC laser cutting machines, loading materials, and initiating the cutting process according to specifications.
* Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials, potentially including heavy sheets of metal.
* Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and adhering to quality standards.
* Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance on the laser machine and troubleshooting issues.
* Safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines related to laser operation and material handling.
* Programming: In some cases, CNC laser operators may be responsible for programming the machine, especially at a more advanced level.
