Are you a skilled CNC Lathe Setter/Operator looking to join a forward-thinking engineering company where quality, precision and innovation are at the heart of everything they do?
Our client specialises in precision-engineered components for industries including automotive, aerospace and medical. Due to continued growth and investment in new technology, they’re looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Setter/Operator to join their dedicated team.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Setting and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components
* Working from technical drawings and job specifications
* Performing tool changes, offsets and adjustments to maintain accuracy
* Conducting quality checks using precision measuring instruments
* Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Setter/Operator
* Experience with Fanuc controls (experience on other CNC control systems such as Siemens, Mazak or Haas will also be considered)
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
