CNC Team Leader
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 DOE

Our client is redefining bespoke furniture manufacturing by combining over 30 years of craftsmanship with cutting-edge CNC technology.
As they invest in their next chapter, they are seeking a CNC Production Team Leader to lead a small CNC cell and drive excellence across digital production.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong CNC machining experience who’s ready to take ownership of workflow, tooling, and quality control. You’ll collaborate with other workshop teams, support CAD/CAM tasks, and help shape how we work.
You’ll be working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, on a permanent contract following probation. Salary ranges from £26,000 to £34,000 depending on skills and experience.
Client requires:
* Strong CNC machining experience, ideally in furniture or similar industries
* Ability to read technical drawings and manage digital workflows
* Confident team leadership and proactive organisation
* Comfortable using PCs and CAD/CAM software
* A mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
