Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Overview
As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC woodworking machinery to produce components for bespoke and batch furniture projects. You’ll work closely with the design and production teams to ensure all parts are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC machinery to produce furniture components.

Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*
Monitor production runs and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
*
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
*
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines and tools.
*
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
*
Follow all health and safety procedures in the workshop.
Requirements
*
Previous experience operating CNC machinery (preferably in furniture or woodworking).
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
*
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
*
Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
*
Knowledge of woodworking materials and tools is an advantage.
