CNC Operator (Turning / Milling / Grinding / Gear Cutting) - Full-Time, Permanent Role in Aldershot (GU12)
Location: Aldershot, GU12
Salary: £16.00-£17.50 per hour + 20% late shift allowance (up to £21/hour)

Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a new challenge with a world-leading engineering company? We're hiring skilled machinists to join a prestigious business in Aldershot offering an excellent pay structure, a 4-day workweek, and generous relocation support.

What You'll Be Doing
Setting and operating CNC machines across turning, milling, gear cutting, or grinding disciplines
* Changing tooling and machine parameters to meet production targets
* Deburring, fettling, polishing, and part marking (training provided)
* Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
* Performing in-process inspections using micrometers, verniers, and gauges
* Running multiple machines where applicable
* Maintaining safety and quality standards at all times
What We're Looking For
3-5 years' experience in CNC machining or similar precision engineering role
* Confidence using inspection tools and interpreting technical drawings
* A hands-on, quality-focused operator with strong attention to detail
* A reliable, safety-conscious team player with good problem-solving skills
Working Hours
Training Period (First 2-3 Months): Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-3:15pm
* Permanent Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:45pm-12:00am ( Late Shift )
* Optional OT available before shifts - paid at time and a half
