CNC Machinist
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £15 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00-16:30
Friday: 08:00-15:30
Overtime available midweek and Saturdays at 1.5x hourly rate
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join a well-established and growing joinery business in Doncaster. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering long-term work for the right candidate. You will be working with a team of professionals in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (Maestro or Xilog) for precision woodworking
Interpret technical drawings and job specifications to ensure accurate machining
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality
Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
Work as part of a team to meet production targetsRequirements:
Previous experience as a CNC Machinist (essential)
Proficient in using Maestro or Xilog CNC software
Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
Own transport is desirable due to locationWhat We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate starting at £15 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Overtime available during the week and on Saturdays (1.5x hourly rate)
Full-time hours with regular shifts
