Our Client in the Royston area are looking for a CNC Programmer / CNC Offline Programmer / CNC Miller 

The role will be based onsite in the Royston area, a full time permanent position salary up to £45k depending on experience working a day shift. 

CNC Miller / Offline Programmer - Royston
 Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Our client, a leading prototype engineering business based in Royston, is seeking an experienced CNC Miller / Offline Programmer to join their team in a key programming lead role.

You will be responsible for programming 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines using Mastercam, supporting high-quality prototype and low-volume production work.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline programming of 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines (Mastercam)

Setting and operating CNC mills when required

Leading programming activities and supporting machining teams

Working from engineering drawings to produce high-precision components

Contributing to continuous improvement and best practices

Requirements:

Strong experience with Mastercam

CAD CAM experience Offline CNC Programming experience 
CNC Milling and CNC Machining experience 
Proven CNC milling and offline programming background

Ability to work with complex prototype components

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
