CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities  
Manufacture precision components using CNC Doosan 3‑axis lathes. 
Read and interpret technical engineering drawings with accuracy. 
Use measuring equipment to inspect and verify completed components. 
Contribute to continuous productivity improvements by applying engineering know‑how. 
Work collaboratively within a skilled production team. 
Follow Health & Safety, Production, Inspection, and site discipline procedures.  Skills & Experience Required as a CNC Lathe Machinist  
Minimum of 4 years’ machining experience (or City & Guilds/Engineering Apprenticeship). 
Ability to confidently read engineering drawings. 
Strong inspection and measuring skills. 
A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent problem‑solving ability. 
Team‑focused mindset with strong communication skills. 
Good organisational habits and commitment to workplace safety. 
Flexibility to work reasonable overtime when required.  Benefits Package

Overtime paid at 1.5x (Monday–Friday and Saturday mornings).
