CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator

💷 Pay: Up to £21.00 per hour + overtime

✅ Must Haves:

✔️ Ability to programme CNC milling machines (essential)
✔️ Experience setting and operating CNC mills
✔️ Knowledge of Fanuc controls (i0 preferred)
✔️ Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

⏰ Hours:

⏰ 39 hours per week – Day Shift

Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00
Friday: 06:00 – 11:00

👉 Flexibility available (07:00–16:00 shift can be agreed)

This is a hands-on, all-round CNC role where you’ll take ownership of your work — from programming through to final production.

You’ll be working within a tight-knit team producing small batch, precision components, where quality matters and your skills don’t go unnoticed.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
Producing small batch components to tight tolerances
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Carrying out quality checks (dimensional & visual inspection)
Working collaboratively across the workshop when required
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
