New Resource Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Calne. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a skilled production team in a fast-paced, precision-engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to tight tolerances
*
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
*
Perform routine maintenance and checks on machines
*
Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About You:
*
Previous experience operating CNC machines (milling, turning or both)
*
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
*
Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail
*
A team player with a proactive work ethic
*
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential
