Hours: 39 hours per week, Flexible start and finish times with an early Friday finish
The Opportunity:
EMBS Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Miller to join a well-established and innovative precision engineering company located in Northampton. Key Responsibilities:
* Set and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC Milling machines.
* Run proven programs, editing and adjusting offsets on Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls.
* Carry out first-off quality checks using various inspection equipment to ensure parts adhere to tight tolerances.
* Ensure machines, tooling, and fixtures are well-maintained and optimised for production.

About You:
If you are an experienced CNC Miller, CNC Setter Operator, or CNC Machinist we want to hear from you! This role entails working on complex, critical parts where precision is key. You are a quality-conscious engineer who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in your work.
Essential Requirements:
* Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
* Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
* Ability to commute to Northampton, reside within a commutable distance, or are considering relocation (please state this in your application).
Skills Required:
* Strong CNC Milling background within a precision engineering environment.
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller.
* Ability to confidently set, operate, and edit CNC Machines.
* Experience working with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain control panels is essential.
