CNC MACHINIST REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE START - IPSWICH, SUFFOLK
£14.50 p/hour | 37.5 hours/week | Overtime Available
A long-standing manufacturer in Ipswich is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. This is a stable, long-term position, ideal for someone looking to settle and grow within the company.
You'll be programming and operating HAAS CNC Lathes, producing precision components to tight tolerances.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
Friday: 07:30 - 13:30 (early finish)CNC Machinist Duties:
Programming and operating CNC lathes (HAAS)
Reading and working from technical drawings
Producing parts from mild steel and aluminium
Working closely with a small, experienced team
Ensuring accuracy and quality in all machining tasksWhat we're looking for:
Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, Turner or Programmer
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and reliabilityBenefits:
