Job Title: CNC Machinist
Shift: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm (Mon - Fri) Rotating Weekly
Pay: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum + shift allowance (Dependent on Experience)
Location: Leicestershire, LE8

The CNC Machinist Role:
Operate CNC and finishing machinery to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret technical drawings to produce parts to specification.
Use inspection equipment, interpret results, and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, meeting all quality and safety requirements.
Provide accurate progress updates and completion dates to support workflow.
Identify and implement improvements to processes, productivity, and efficiency.
Maintain accurate paperwork, route cards, and quality records.
Support and assist colleagues when required.
Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and maintain a tidy, organised work area.
The Candidate:
Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Strong engineering background.
Good communication and computing skills.
Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations.
Good manual handling skills.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative.
Ability to move components between production areas.
