Job Description
Skilled CNC Machinist
I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my Client based in Pudsey for an experienced CNC Machinist.
You will need experience of programming, setting and running the machines.
My Client operates XYZ and Mazak machines.
Duties
Must be familiar with working to tight tolerances.
Producing finished components to drawing specification from New and existing machine programs and adjusting off-sets during running control.
Ensuring all inspection operations are conducted and controlled to procedure using internal and external micrometers and CMM equipment.
Documenting and reporting quantities and time operations on SAP and paper.
Shifts
I have the following shift patterns available for experienced Candidates;
Days (either available)
1) 0700 – 1530 Monday to Thursday & 0700 – 1200 Friday
2) 0800 – 1630 Monday to Thursday & 0800 – 1300 Friday
Rotating Shifts
Week 1) 0600 – 1400 Monday to Thursday, 0600 – 1230 noon Friday
Week 2) 1400 – 2345 Monday to Thursday, no working on Friday
Salary
An hourly payrate of upto £16.02 will be offered , along with a 26% payment uplift when working on the rotating shift pattern Week 2 hours.
