CNC & Manual Machinist
Salary: £32,500 - £36,000 + Overtime (Time and a Half/Double Pay) + Early Finish Friday + 22 Days Holiday + Pension + Uniform + Free Parking + On-site Canteen
Location: Harlow, Essex (Commutable from: Epping, Bishop's Stortford, Ware, Hertford, and surrounding areas)
Are you an experienced CNC & Manual Machinist with strong manual lathe skills, looking for a stable, long-term role with excellent overtime rates and a great working environment?

This is a well-established manufacturing business, known for delivering high-quality precision components, is seeking a skilled CNC & Manual Machinist to join a close-knit team following a recent retirement and contribute to ongoing success.
You'll be working on manual lathes with a bit of CNC, machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and brass. You'll interpret technical drawings, produce high-quality components to strict tolerances, and carry out routine maintenance.
This role would suit a CNC & Manual Machinist with proven experience on manual lathes and CNC machinery, who is looking for a secure position with plenty of overtime and the chance to work in a supportive, team-focused environment.
The Role:
Varied machining work across multiple materials
Excellent overtime rates (time and a half / double pay)
Stable, long-term position

Manual Lathe Expertise: Proven experience operating manual lathes with the ability to machine to precise tolerances
CNC Proficiency.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings with strong attention to detail
