Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with a global engineering business in their search for a CNC Miller - 5 axis. This is a permanent full time vacancy working in their state of the art workshop in Glasgow. The company work across various different sectors including - Renewables, Water, Oil & Gas. The shifts comprise of a 4 day working week with Fridays off.
What's required?
* Time served CNC Machinist
* Setting & Operating Correa FP50 5 axis Milling machine
* Minimal Programming required
* Siemens, Heidenhain or Mazatrol control panel experience beneficial
* Programme editing and adjusting offsets
* Able to work as part of a close knit team and on your own
* Experience working with large components beneficial but not essential
* Working shifts Monday to Thursday
What to expect?
* Full training provided
* Overtime - 1.5 for weekdays and 1.66 for weekends
* Pension 6% employer contribution, 4% employee
* Life cover - 3 x salary
* Manufacturing bonus - 3% of salary
