CNC Miller and CNC Turner roles Aylesbury
CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator £32.50/hr £65,910 Late shift
3 & 4 axis Matsuura , Hass (Fanuc controls) and 5 axis Nakamura Turn/mills using NT smart X Pro controls. Desirable offline Programming and verification software SolidCAM and Varicut.
Late Shift: Monday-Thursday 14.00pm-00.15pm, 30-minute unpaid break- 39-hour week
CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator £27.50/hr £55,770 Days
Set up, program, and operate advanced Multi-tasking CNC lathes (Doosan Fanuc and Nakamura NT smart –Doosan Puma, Lynx, Nakamura Sc100X and WY150 Offline SolidCAM – iGuide. Set and manage automation robot loading and bar feed. Analyse blueprints, strong GTD skills interpreting engineering drawings, and engineering information to determine the best machining processes. (GTD: Get Things Done – A productivity method, which consists of five core workflow steps: Capture, Clarify, Organize, Reflect, and Engage).
Machining complex parts for transmission and drive trains for aerospace, motorsport and advanced technology sectors.
Hours of work:
1. Shift: Monday-Thursday: 8.00am-16.30pm, Fridays: 8.00am-15.30pm-30-minute unpaid break-39-hour week
1. Shift: Monday-Friday 6.00am-14.15pm- 30-minute unpaid lunch-38.75-hour week
2. Shift: Monday-Thursday 14.00pm-00.15pm, 30-minute unpaid break- 39-hour week
3. shift will receive a x1.2 increase on rate for working weekend shift
4. Lots of Overtime with OT rates availableBefore You Apply
