Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our clients exceptional engineering team, with strong expertise in operating 3 and 5 Axis Mazak machines using Mazatrol controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components.
Key Responsibilities:

Set, operate, and program Mazak CNC milling machines (3 & 5 Axis).
*
Program using Mazatrol conversational controls.
*
Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
*
Conduct first-off inspections and in-process quality checks.
*
Optimise machining processes for efficiency and tool life.
*
Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
*
Collaborate with the team to solve technical issues and improve processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CNC Miller in a precision machining environment.
*
Proficient in Mazatrol programming for 3 & 5 Axis Mazak machines.
*
Strong knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and materials.
*
Ability to read complex technical drawings and apply GD&T.
*
Experience with precision measuring and quality checks.
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
