CNC Miller
Monday-Friday 39 hours + overtime
Surrey
Commutable from - Blackwater, Frimley, Fleet, Guildford, Reading, Aldershot
£30,000 - £50,000
Benefits: 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days after 2 years' service + BH, early Friday finish, pension, parking, competitive salary
Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join the team. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment. With increased demand expected through 2026 there will be multiple opportunities for training and development.
Role & Responsibilities:
Program CNC milling machines (Haas and Matsuura) using OneCNC and Edgecam or from technical drawings.
Set up and operate CNC milling machines for a variety of jobs.
Ensure machines run efficiently and produce high-quality components.
Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards to maintain accuracy and reduce waste.
Select and monitor cutting tools to optimise machining performance.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience programming CNC milling machines.
Experience with 3, 4 and 5-axis machining.
Knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
Experience using OneCNC and Edgecam software.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
