Our well established client due to continued growth is recruiting a skilled CNC Miller to join our the engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with long-term development potential.
We’re looking for someone confident in setting, and operating CNC milling machines. If you're a CNC Setter looking to step up into programming, we’d also like to hear from you — full training and support available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
* Manufacture high-precision components to exact specifications
* Work from technical drawings and quality standards
* Perform basic machine maintenance and quality checks
* Contribute to continuous improvement and shop floor efficiency
Requirements:
* Time-served engineer or strong demonstrable CNC milling experience
* Experience with Siemens preferred (or similar CNC controls)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role
