Key roles & responsibilities as a CNC Miller:
Will be involved in the Manufacture of Plastic Injection Mould tools but also jigs, fixtures and gauges
Carry out proactive maintenance and up keep on milling machines
Setting of work, cutters and programming CNC Machines efficiently and effectively to produce finished work that is checked by yourself
Follow engineering drawings in line with timing plans
Investigate issues to find root causes passing information back to the design department and management so issues can be avoided in the future
Key skills/knowledge as a CNC Miller:
Engineering drawing interpretation ability.
2-5 years CNC Milling setting, operating
Be able to work to tight tolerancesBefore You Apply
