Location: Sturminster Newton
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience) circa £14 to £17 p/h

Our client are a precision engineering firm in the heart of Dorset, renowned for delivering high-quality components across a number of sectors.
The Role:
We’re seeking a CNC Miller who can confidently set and operate machines using Siemens controls and working to tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and operate CNC milling machines with Siemens controls
* Read and interpret technical engineering drawings
* Perform in-process quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy
* Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
* Collaborate with programming and quality teams to optimise production
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience setting and operating CNC mills using Siemens controls
* Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
