* Competitive Pay: Day Shift (Mon–Fri): £19.50 – £19.70/hour
* Night Shift (8:45 PM – 7:00 AM): £25.35 – £25.61/hour
* Flexible Working Patterns:
* 4-day or 5-day day shift schedule (to be agreed)

Responsibilities:
* Manufacture right-first-time components from technical drawings
* Meet required cycle times while maintaining high standards
* Contribute to process improvements and efficient production
* Operate CNC machinery using Fanuc controls
* Work with 5-axis, vertical, and horizontal milling machines
* Collaborate with team members and other departments
* Follow health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements:
Essential:
* Experience using Fanuc-controlled CNC machines
* Skilled in 5-axis and multi-axis milling
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
* Strong communication skills across all levels
* Motivated to learn and develop professionally
Desirable:
* Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Lean Manufacturing
* Good general computer skills
