Job Title: CNC Millers - Programmers, Setters & Operators
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Days, Rotating & Nights
About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC Millers. Whether you are an experienced Programmer, Setter, or Operator, we have opportunities available at various levels to suit your expertise.
Responsibilities (depending on level):
Programmers:
Create, edit, and optimise CNC milling programs (Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens or similar).
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Work closely with production teams to improve efficiency and quality.
Setters:
Set up CNC milling machines for production runs.
Select and install tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
Carry out first-off inspections and ensure accuracy.
Operators:
Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.
Monitor production runs and perform basic quality checks.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.What We're Looking For:
Previous CNC milling experience at the relevant level.
Strong understanding of precision engineering and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
