Employment Solutions are working with a leading precision manufacturing company who is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate large 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines. With a focus on high-value, complex components, this role involves using cutting-edge CAM software and contributing to lean, efficient operations driven by digital systems and modern machinery.
This position is ideal for a seasoned machinist with extensive experience in large-scale milling. It suits someone who is confident using Heidenhain controls and Correa machines, and who thrives in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities
Operate and set up large 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls
Programme complex components using PowerMill or HyperMill software
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to high standards
Ensure part accuracy through appropriate inspection and measurement tools
Engage in continuous improvement of machining strategies and efficiency

Competitive, dependent on experience, excellent working hours 6.30am till 4.45pm 4 day working week - Monday to Thursday
