Key responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (such as lathes and mills) to produce components to exact specifications.
Quality Control: Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure products meet quality standards and engineering drawings.
Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from the CNC machines.
Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all company health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Documentation: Accurately complete production logs and quality reports.
Problem-Solving: Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustments to ensure continuous and efficient production. Skills and qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a CNC operator is essential.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Computer Literacy: Familiarity with CNC software and controls, such as Fanuc or Siemens, is desirable.
Physical Fitness: The role may require standing for long periods and some manual handling.
