About the Role
Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, we are now seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join their production team.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture precision components using instructions and data supplied within production packs.
Ensure all documentation and work output comply with required quality standards.
Work to production schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
Verify finished components meet dimensional and technical specifications.
Operate and use precision measurement equipment such as micrometres, calipers, dial indicators and various gauges.

Take personal responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues.
Follow all company health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
Report hazards, unsafe behaviours, near-misses and incidents promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure correct use of PPE.
Participate in mandatory training, drills and ongoing wellbeing initiatives.
Contribute towards continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, waste reduction and environmental performance.
Support responsible use of materials, energy efficiency, and recycling procedures.
Person Specification
Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
Able and willing to work 12-hour shifts.
Apprenticeship-trained or time-served machinist (preferred).
GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Capable of managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
Experience in both Milling and Turning is essential.
