Job Description
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on role operating 2 & 3 axis CNC machines. You'll be responsible for running pre-set machines, loading/unloading components, and conducting basic quality checks. No programming or setting required this is purely an operator-level role.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate 2 & 3 axis CNC machines as directed
Load raw materials and unload finished parts
Perform visual and basic dimensional checks using gauges and measuring tools
Follow job sheets and production schedules
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
Requirements:
Previous experience operating 2 & 3 axis CNC machinery
Aerospace or precision engineering background preferred
Comfortable working to production targets and quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Right to work in the UK
