Job Description
A growing business is seeking reliable and motivated CNC Operators to join a team within a clean and modern production facility. Along with a salary of £12.87 per hour for day shifts & £14.05 per hour for night shifts, you will receive a range of benefits including:

Working hours:
Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 (42.5 hours per week)
Night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–07:00 (42.5 hours per week)
Training requirement: All new starters must complete up to 4 weeks on the day shift before moving onto fixed nights.
What you’ll be doing as CNC Operator:
This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components, following clear processes, and supporting downstream assembly. With stable shift patterns, structured training, and opportunities to secure a permanent role, this is an excellent chance to develop a career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Load raw material into CNC machines.
Scan programmes and upload them to the machine.
Carry out quality checks on finished products.
Label products accurately in preparation for assembly.
Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised working environment.
We’re looking for a CNC Operator with:
Previous machine operating experience (essential).
Computer literate with the ability to follow digital instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Willingness to complete training on day shifts before moving to fixed nights (if applicable).
