Fantastic machining company are looking for a CNC Operator to join their long-established team in Redditch
Previous CNC experience is essential
The Role
• Operating CNC machines (Fanuc controls)
• Continuously monitor areas of improvement in cycle time, tooling cost, material usage
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Ensure precision and quality of machined components
• Quality control, working to customer specification
Hours of Work: Day shifts with early Friday finish
Salary: £14 -£18.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
